About Me

Perinatal mental health, or mental wellness during pregnancy and postpartum, is crucial for women and their infants. Physical and emotional changes during this time can greatly impact mental well-being. Proactive care and support is crucial, and quality paediatric care is integral to positive outcomes. A comprehensive approach is necessary, with collaborative care models integrating mental health, obstetrics, and paediatrics to help women and infants thrive.

The real Me
As a proud mother of four, I have two wonderful human children and two adorable fur babies. I cherish every moment spent with my family, especially when enjoying a delicious cup of coffee and engaging in my favourite craft activities. I find that crafting helps me relax and relieve stress, and I also enjoy helping my kids develop their creativity through these activities. Of course, being a busy mom can be overwhelming at times, which is why I prioritize exercise to keep myself healthy in body and mind.
